SALES & MARKETING SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
We seek a dynamic and passionate Sales & Marketing Support Executive to
support our expanding Sales team. There will be tremendous growth opportunities
for the right candidate.
In addition to managing the day-to-day sales operations, you will have the rewarding
opportunity to bring your unique ideas and solutions to the plate and make changes
to the way we operate.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To manage & process sales leads
• Provide data, marketing tools, and reports to help sales personnel
• Monitor customers’ accounts
• Keep track of potential sales
• Maintain website, upkeep sales & marketing activities
• Prepare quotation, gym room design (training will be provided) & other presentation materials for sales personnel
REQUIREMENTS
• Nitec, Diploma or equivalent
• Fluent with written and spoken English
• Good organizational skills
• Good computer skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Team player who can work independently
• Good administrative skills
• Possess initiative

•Organize, schedule and execute Service & Maintenance (S&M) contracts offered to our clients
•Produce reports at the end of each service; highlighting potential safety concerns, recommend a change of parts or entire equipment if need be.
•Ensure that equipment is in tip-top condition so that our client’s operations can run smoothly and safely
Basic Qualifications
•Physically fit
•Minimum NITEC/'N' level
•Knowledge of Fitness Equipment and its functions will be advantageous
•Computer literate, able to read & write reports
•Enforce Workplace safety and health requirements
•Experience in reading technical diagrams is advantageous
•Class 3 driving license preferable
